In 2001, Yuci Hydraulic Parts Factory was transformed into a limited liability company with multiple investment bodies through debt-to-equity swap.
Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and provincial government authorized Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd to hold state-owned shares and assets of Yuci Hydraulic Parts Factory, and Yuci Hydraulic Parts Factory became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd.

1999

In 1999, three bids were awarded in the bidding for large-scale hydraulic system of hydraulic hoist equipment for permanent lock, left bank power plant and dam phase II project of the Three Gorges Project.
